We'll keep going back
Me and some girlfriends have a girl's night once a month. We tired here for a wine pairing night this winter- we loved it. Everything was delicious. Then a few weeks ago we went back for the regular menu, wonderful again. We are going again this month (two months in a row!) Atmosphere is great- especially at night with the fire going. Servers have been friendly and we have had no problems with service in the least bit- and I am a former server so I grade harshly; The only thing that could improve is more desserts- but I know the menu will be changing for the spring season soon- can't wait to see what they will have.

I cant believe I waited that long
My husband and I had 30 minutes to kill while waiting for our movie showtime. Since we have wanted to check this place out, it was the perfect time to grab a glass of wine. Walked in around 6pm pretty much dead inside. We sat down and our waitress came over with the wine menu and our water. I knew what I wanted so I ordered my husband needed a minute and she said she would be right back. Well 10 minutes later my wine comes and my husband orders. 15 minutes later after we are watching the bartender fill all other tickets, we have no wine for him. I finished mine and our waitress keeps walking by not to stop at me trying to get her attention...again this place was not THAT busy. I was so furious that a simple glass of wine was taking 20 mintes to get and the fact that the couple who were seated a minute after us and a minute after they ordered BOTH got their wine I was furious. I found the man of the house told him we were waiting 20 min for a glass of wine, that we needed to go and to cancel it and MY OH MY to my surprise the bartender was JUST getting to pouring it, so when our waitress brings us the bill she also brings hubby's wine saying "You can drink SOME I wont charge you" ARE YOU KIDDING ME...what are we children...instead of saying Im so sorry for the wait, I messed up or I forgot to put the ticket in, the drink is on the house...we get a YOU CAN DRINK SOME?? So BIZZARE.
Terrible service on a slow night. And the response of the waitress and the fact that the house manager didnt even offer a simple apology we will NOT go back, we know of much better wine houses nearby without the 20 minute pour wait!
