Host gabby, poor service
Went in there and was looking for a cheap Joe. Got an earful of how life is treating the poor owner poorly, place was stuffed to the gills with garbage and trashy second hand items to be hocked..Not very good service and the coffee, at best, was fair. Not a decent place to sit and read quietly...

Under New Management as Americana Cafe
Americana Cafe - same phone, same address and location!!! But, we are not the same cafe.... We offer most of the standard barrista drinks, plus a cooler full of soft drinks, energy drinks, and waters. We make our own slushies, smoothies and cappaccino drinks, so please stop in and check us out. We offer free WiFi (with a few visits to the counter for snacks!) and really great conversation. Most of the Slavic Village groups who want to make a difference in our community meet here alone or together. Either way, they make for some interesting conversation. We welcome any who have ideas!!! Oh, yes, do stop by at 1pm on Saturdays to join our Knit-Cro Club meetings where everyone learns new stitches and the novices actually can learn from the basic chain stitch on up!!!! Look forward to seeing you soon! Get a special thank you when you mention to read this review!! thanks, Nick and MJ.

Under New Management as Americana Cafe
No longer an Arabica franchise. This WiFi cafe is now a super central location for meetings and impromtu conversations about everything from politics and religion to song titles with original artists and other titilating trivia! Come join us anytime for a hot or cold drink, We have the simple and honorable standbys, and most specialty drinks offered at the more nationally known cafes. Interested in redevelopment of Slavic Village? We've got the movers and shakers right here.
