OUTSTANDING!!!
I live in California and took my daughter and grandson to this place when I was in Cleveland the end of October, 2009. She lives in Cleveland and had never heard of this place. The food and service was outstanding and very reasonable priced. I will go back to this restaurant when I return in May, 2010 and any time I return to Cleveland.

YUMMO!
The food here is outstanding! The best steaks ever! The wood-smoked steaks are incomparable! Then there's the salad - simply terrific. Oh, and the yeast rolls with honey butter! All the flavors are incredible. The wait staff is always great. We have eaten here about every 4 months for several years and have never been disappointed. Highly recommended!

My Favorite Restaurant!!!
We eat out a lot and at a variety of values of restaurants. By far, the Brown Derby Road House is the best steak restaurant in Greater Cleveland... both for taste and value. The salad is wonderful, their rolls are fantastic... choice of sweet potatoes.... great steaks at good prices. You can spend more... but you can't get better. And their homemade brownies for the Brownie Sundae dessert... WOW!

Best Steak I have EVER had!!
I agree with the guy from Syracuse, NY. The food is OUT STANDING. The service is second to NONE!! The price was excellent too. What can i say, THIS is as good as it gets!! Any time I pass by on my way to or from Buffalo, you can bet I will be stopping at the " Derby " for a steak, good service and GREAT prices!! Don't waist your time with Olive Garden, Applebees and all those others. Take my word for it, you will NOT be disapointed!!!!!!!!!!!

Best stop over on the way back from Indianapolis
On the way back from Indianapolis, we decided to get off and find a place to eat. the closest thing to the highway was the Bron Derby Roadhouse, so we stopped. The food was OUT OF THIS WORLD, the service was the same. Nice freindly people. great CLEAN environment. Folks, this is waht a steak house is SUPPOSED to be like!! I only whish we had one here in syracuse NY!! now every time we vist fanily in Indy, we make SURE we get to stop at the Brown Derby on the way out A N D the way back!! 10 thumbs up!!

Large portions
My family and I love this restaurant. Never ever had a problem of bad food or service. We are eating there Easter Sunday. The baked potatoes are larger than the other steak houses. The place is clean and what we really like about it is the food is made in sight---You can see what is going on in the kitchen.

the best restaurant ever
we go there at least 3 times a month.what a great value for the money.the steaks are always cooked to perfection,the staff always courteous and the manager(the gentelman)is very pleasant to talk to even about like general subjects.

Great Service and Food
I have been here a dozen times and have NEVER been disappointed. The Food is just wonderful the staff and cooks great. My favorite spot when I have a taste for steak. We are always taken care of very well. Cleanliness is my big thing and it is always very well kept. The pricing is very good, exactly what it should be priced what a value for good food.

The worst dining experience EVER!!!
We dined at the Middleburg Heights location on November 30,2008. It was a special occasion because we had a birthday in the family. Our waitress was extremely rude and couln't get simple drink orders right. One of our steak dinners was raw in the middle and had to be returned 3 times. The third time it was brought out black on the outside and near raw in the middle. The waitress did take the steak dinner off the bill which seemed to put her out more than anything. The wait staff was more interested in the Brown's game than serving the customers. When we left, we were subjected to foul language from our waitress in front of our 6 year old niece. Not one member of management was on the premises. Teenagers were running this business which speaks volumes of the owner and his reguard for his patrons. I would never eat here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!
