Amazing
I go to Buca di Beppo in Strongsville all the time. It is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to, I really don't know what everyone else is talking about on this page. The service is always incredible as long as you are not being rude, annoying guests in their restuarant. I always order their bruschetta and apple gorgonzola salad with a glass of their sangria- which is delicious! The hosts are always super friendly when they greet us and atmosphere is fabulous!

Don't sign a contract
Reserved area for my husbands retirement party. Hoped 23 would show up as of last count but 6 didn't make it because of car accident but yet we were still charged for 23. If we would of known that we would of pulled 6 people from the street and invited them, since we paid for 23. At least they could of given us a doggie bag or something for the 6 that couldn't make it. Never again.......shame on you!!!!! Food was good and the waiters were very accommodating.

never again
we went there because we heard good things about them and boy did we hear wrong, boyfriends appitizer didnt come out until he was finished with meal, we didnt get everything we orderd to begin with, the food was cold, the server didnt even know we were there, and i was over all very dissappointed.

Not worth the price tag
First trip there. Last? Maybe not.
Nice greeting, gave us the nickle tour. Server offered alot of insight into the menu.
Got large pizza for four kids--very good taste!
Got Calamari--suprised to see octapus in it too--but not bad.
Father got Chicken Parm--dull; too many diced tomatoes and light on taste.
Wife and I shared Chicken Marsalla (feeds 2-3)--huge disapointment! Was told nothing came with it (potatoes, pasta, side) because of it's enormouse size. I had to grab some pizza to fill up on.
$130 bill. Not worth the price.

I COULD HAVE SERVED MYSELF BETTER!
Got there, we were seated next to a table of 10 with 3 screaming toddlers. We had to ask to move, (like the hostess didn't see it was a stupid place to put us). We then got moved and were waited on by Shelly, who you might think is 14, but I guess she's older cause she's handling alcohol. She didn't know what the "curly spiral" pasta was called. She told the table behind us that "blanc" wine was not white. We had to as for water 3 times and each time we asked, she said "sure" like it was the first time we had asked. No apologies. We had to ask for bread 3 times. We asked for cheese for our pasta and she went and did her opening schpiel to another table (which takes 5 minutes)before she reached 4 feet away to get us the cheese. We finally got fed up and asked another waitress for bread, water and cheese, and with 45 seconds, we had all three. On a $100 bill, I left $4 tip. Smarten up Shelly from Strongsville OH at the Southpark Mall!!!

Unhappy
We went on a saturday afternoon and where seated right away. Waitress came over and let us know the special and focused on the wine specials mostly. I ordered the fedicinni supremo which said it had chicken broccoli and red peppers. When questioned about the sauce was told that it came tossed with olive oil. When it can to the table it was in an alfrado sauce not olive oil. My boyfreind ordered the chicken parm with a meatball. It was okay but had no real flavor. It seamed like they just opended a can of diced tomotoes and put in on the top of the pasta. He also ordered a beer and I had water. When the bill came it was a little over $30.00 for lunch. He gave the waitress $41.00 and got a ten dollar bill back. Now I don't know about you but a ten dollar tip on the $30.00 meal is a bit much ever if everything is prefect. I don't understand how people can work in a restaurant and not know what is in the menu and how it is prepared. And that they don't bring change that you can leave a tip with.
