Must be the chef...
..making the above review. The reason I say this is that while the food isn't bad, it's nothing special. Not even close. Is it decent for bar food? Compared to deep fried wings and other typical bar fare, sure. However, it's still BAR FOOD!!! I was in with a group, we all got different things to share and were full when we left, so all in all, it was ok. The table favorite was the flat bread, but only because the sliders were horrible and the Greek salad concoction was an epic fail. I guess the chef's name is Shawn Greg as stated above, but obviously it wasn't of importance to us as we didn't bother to look when we were there. All in all the service was good, drinks decent and prices were fair. Oh and one last thing, the best burgers in Greater Cleveland?? HA. Have you not been to Lola? Lol. If you have, you'd know what a burger was. It was the best burger I ate that night, but I only ate the one, so I guess it's a win for them...

Rock Star Chef, Rock Star Bar
Finally Berea has a Chef worth his salt! Chef Shawn Gregg has leevtaed dining in Berea with a simple but juiced up menu that hits every taste bud the tongue can handle. You can't find anything like it in Berea! The Mango Guacamole is out of this world! I have no idea what he puts in his burgers but they should be looked at as the best burger in the Greater Cleveland area. The bar is nice sized and has come nice looking wait bartenders (some of them) who keep the drinks flowing. Berea has finally caught up to the surrounding areas!
