loved it it was awsome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
At once familiar and exotic, this neighborhood favorite (and popular pre-Cedar-Lee Theatre destination) makes even those with timid palates eager to explore. For instance: Diners looking for something light might start with the kachoomar salad, a plate of crisp greens topped with tomatoes, chickpeas, green chiles and green pepper, tossed in a zingy dressing of spices, black salt and lemon juice. The traditional pre-dinner bread ritual was never tastier than with Tandoor's delicate tandoori breads; choose the garlic naan (brushed with butter), onion kulcha (bread stuffed with onion and spices) or any of a half-dozen other varieties. Specialties include tandoori prawns, lobster and rainbow trout; curries range from spicy rogan josh (lamb in curry sauce with garlic, ginger and onions) to the milder butter chicken (served in a creamy tomato and butter sauce). The kitchen also offers vegetarian and rice dishes, so diverse groups of diners can go home satisfied.
