taco taco
The shrimp tacos are back!! I love them and the service gets better every time. Seems like there is more than one server per table now. My drinks were never empty.. Chilis makes the best margaritas in town, hands down!

They stole my mother's bracelet
First off, the food isn't very appetizing. My burger was dried out and wasn't any better than a wendy's burger. In fact, Wendy's burgers are better. The place was dirty and it had a staleness in the air.
After leaving my mother noticed her bracelet missing. After calling the restaurant they said they did in fact had found it in the booth and would hold onto it. But, I guess since my mother wasn't able to go to pick it up until the following day, they assumed they would take possession of it. The manager did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to make the situation better. They did not apologize nor offer any kind of discount or any kind of anything a good restaurant would do. The manager did not even try to look into the matter as to who (workers) may have taken it. This place has no class, no taste, literally or foodwise nor cleaniness. The place just reeks of failure and I suspect they won't be around much longer. Guess we all can say, "another one bites the dust". They will be with all the other restaurants who serve poor food and service and treats customers like they did my mother. P.S. I left alittle more than a 20% tip even though my waiter wasn't the best.

Average food and service. Could be better!
Let me say that I have been a Chili's customer for over 10 years now. The food and service has always been good, but lately not. The last 2 times I was there this year, my sizzling fajitas onions and peppers were burnt badly, and sticking to the iron dish they came in. I can deal with a few veggies being burnt (that is usually the case, which is OK), but lately most of them have been burnt badly, and they need to get a better handle on this. What REALLY bothers me about Chili's is the servers' mannerisms. Do you really think it is appropriate to sit down in my booth and lean over so close you could kiss me, when taking my order?! I've noticed this behavior at Chili's for years now. It seems that management must tell their employees to 'get closer' to their customers in order to 'break the ice', or so that they spend more there. Take it from this customer- it's ANNOYING and INAPPROPRIATE! PLEASE STOP! The last server we had weighed about 250 pounds, and as she sat right next to me, bad breath and all, she inadvertently moved the table, which was awkward. All this said, Chili's DOES have tasty food, and I will be returning because their fajitas taste great, especially when done right.

Chili's So-So
I always thought Chili's was a knock off of the superior Applebees. It's dark in there, it's overpriced, etc. (Thank God we had a gift certificate.) The husband and I went on a weekend and it was pretty dead in there. But if you're into crazy cocktails...go for it.
