addicting
they taste so good ---you just get this craving and must have one !
they don't have good measuring tools though.....sometimes your get lots of beans other times not so much, same with all items
the one at Parmatown seems to give just enough, those managers must really be watching them
the one on Teiderman off Brookpark is much better and makes them larger
they are quick and nice there too
they have always been fast and nice at Parmatown too
I always take my food to go the atmosphere is not appealing to me

Too hot and not in a good way
I love Chipoltle but I hate when they leave the seeds in the MILD salsa and they burn my mouth for a good hour. Mild salsa should be mild not burning my mouth. I say leave the seeds to the hot peppers for the other hot salsas and leave them out of the mild. The pepper taste is great but the heat from the pepper seeds is way too much. Other than that I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Oh and turn down the music. The people making my food can't hear me.

Never again!
Visited Parmatown location 2-3 weeks ago on Sat afternoon. The staff must have been wishing for an early close. They were out of soft tortillas and apparantely the entire staff was overwhelmed, perplexed and downright caught off guard by it, or they can't do business without them. There was not one employee that was not rude - and there were only 3 of us in line! Left after witnessing the others ordering before me. I've been to this location several times before because it is so close, and tried to write off the bad behavior but have given up. Once is an accident, twice is coincidence, and after the third time your realize its just who they are!
If you like A LOT of lettuce on everything than this is the place for you.

slim pickin's
I love Chipotle burritos, however, when my friends ask for "extra meat" which costs them an extra 1.35, they do not give them an "extra" helping as other cities do. Inconsistent helpings is not good. It's either too much sour cream or too little chicken. The people are great, I adore the workers but the helpings could get better at this location, which is near my work :)

Holy lack of taste Robin!
Chipotle rocks. The burrito's are great, the rice is awesome, seasoned with lime and cilantro — which, while looking like parsley to those who have no experience with food beyond McDonald's, tastes much different than parsley. Are restaurants that are owned and operated by Mexicans better than Chipotle? Sure, but for great Mexican fast food, Chipotle is much better than any other restaurant.

Don't believe the hype!!!!
I was not impressed. The burrito was dry and bland. The rice was minute rice with a dash of parsley. I've heard people say they love this restaurant. WHY? They need to shop around because this is NOT the best in town.
