Reviews of Christino's - A Tuscan Bistro

It takes a very special hotel restaurant to impress a road-weary businessman. Fortunately, Bistro at the Hilton doesn't require all its diners to be out-of-towners; you too can enjoy a meal that goes beyond the typical warmed-over hotel fare. All appetizers and entrees are listed with a suggested wine pairing; try the cracked black-pepper-rubbed swordfish, broiled and served with Israeli couscous and tomato chive butter sauce (recommended wine: Brancott Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough Reserve) or the grilled filet mignon, which arrives with roasted fingerling potatoes and a wild mushroom-bean ragout (recommended wine: Chėteau Larose Trintaudon Red Bordeaux). If you're eating light - and we use the term loosely - order a bowl of the ridiculously creamy lobster bisque, and get lost in high-calorie heaven.
