GREAT LUNCH SPOT
HAD THE CLEATS BURGER AND CHIPS AND A PEPSI.I WAS IN AND OUT IN NO TIME, i ARRIVED AT 11:45 AND WAS OUT BY 12:30 ,AFTER GREAT SERVICE FROM A VERY EXPERIENCED BARTENDER. SHE WAS PRETTY AND MADE ME FEEL VERY WELCOME. UNDER $15 THAT'S WITH A GOOD TIP. THE PLACE WAS CLEAN,WILL GO BACK AGAIN FOR SURE.

Now you see them...Now you don't
I miss the "Old Cleats" they had a bigger menu - more choices - than they do now. But at least the food is still yummy! It is our favorite place to go. I only wish that they would bring back some of the oldies but goodies!

"Older" ladies like hot bartender in Willowick
Our group tried Cleats for the first time and thought it was worth going back. We enjoyed the wings and the appetizers were good, especially the zucchini planks. Service was good, but we especially enjoyed the friendly and gorgeous bartender. Check him out, ladies--his name is Brian. As delicious as the food!!!

No Big Deal Here
This place is mediocre at best. The owner is rude to his employees & customers and the food taste premade.Obviously, quality is not a top priority for this place although his staff is good at what they do.He feels a few TV's and old framed sports posters makes a sportsbar! Run don't walk away from this one.

An Experience at Willowick Cleats
Friday 7/14/06 as a birthday treat to our daughter & her 12 yr.old son 6 of us went to dinner to the Willowick Cleats. We were seated immediately, but guess what that was it after 7 min. my daughter told the young hostess no came to take our order but 2 tables after us were waited on. NO ONE CAME. After another 5/7 min. we got up & left. The hostess didn't care and the 2 mgrs on duty were still sitting at the table, as when we came in. When I told him the situation he said "sorry" but never moved away from the girl he was talking to with the other manager. This was our 3 or 4 visit & maybe our last. The attitude was absolutely terrible.
