Yum Yum Yum
I've been going here for all 50 years of my life my earliest memories of Corbo's is of around age 4 going there with my mother...bless her soul. She loved going back to little Italy especially Corbo's where she could talk italian to the other Mama's at the counter... I grew up in Italian Collinwood in the 50's and 60's and believe me those were the good days...we had lots of bakery's there but my Mama would take us to little italy to go to the bakery....we went there to pick up italian bread weekly....for special items on every holiday and when my Mama didn't bake...we got our goodies there and every special occasion the famed most sought after cassata cake, made oh so perfect I still can't find one that compares and still come back to Corbo's when I need one...This is the place to go for all the authentic bakery goodies you'll ever need.....GO FOR A VISIT GET A CANNOLI OR 2 OR MAKE THAT 3...NEXT TIME YOU NEED A CAKE CALL CORBO'S AND EVERYONE AT YOUR OCCASION WILL BE ASKING YOU WHERE YOU GOT THE CAKE...AND OF COURSE FOR THOSE PEOPLE AT YOUR OCCASION THAT HAVE BEEN TO CORBO'S THEY WON'T NEED TO ASK THEY WILL ALREADY KNOW BY THE TASTE... I'VE BEEN GOING HERE SO LONG MY NOSE CAN TELL IF IT'S FROM CORBO'S I DON'T EVEN NEED TO TASTE IT...LOL... CORBO'S I THANK YOU FOR ALL THE MEMORIES AND FOR MANY YEARS OF WONDERFUL TASTEFUL AUTHENTIC GOODIES

The best cassata cake I've ever eaten.
The first time I had this heavenly desert was 15 years ago at my brothers wedding.Couldn't beleave how light and fluffy the cake was.filled with the smoothest custard I've ever eaten.loads of fresh strawberries and topped with the lightest whip cream! My parents just celebrated their 50th Anniversary. We ordered this elegant cake for the occasion. what a beautiful presentation.Simply the hit of our party.Thank-you for continuing a great tradition that tastes as great as it did in 1994.

Best dessert in Cleveland!
I am a huge dessert fan and live in Chicago but every time I come to Cleveland my first stop is this bakery. They have a chocolate dipped biscotti that is absolutely scrumptious. Their canollis are filled with the cream on the spot and they have all sorts of other traditional Italian desserts that are out of this world good! I try different types of dessert every time I go there and I've never EVER been disappointed. They have the best italian baked goods I've ever had in Cleveland, Chicago, or New York!
