I went there recently for a quiet dinner for four. We were seated under a speaker blaring music so loud we couldn't talk. We asked that it be turned down and it was. And then minutes later it was turned back up. We asked for the manager who was apprently a bar tender who rudely announced that the bar patrons came to hear music and the only way they could hear it was to turn up it loud in the restaurant. She refused to accomodate us.
So I guess they have decided they are a bar not a restaurant. Actually that is probably a good idea. The food was ordinary at best. And pricey for its mundane quality.
My recommendation is stay away unless you want to shout to your dinner partners!

The original Corleone's was a little hole in the wall. Most of the lobby was taken up by a pick up window for take out pizza. You had to walk down this little hall to get to the dining area, which was small and somewhat cramped. But once you got into the dining area, it was a whole new world. The food was phenomenal. The calzones and pizzas were fabulous, the antipasto was delicious, in fact, I can't remember having a bad dish on any of our numerous visits.
I have only been to the Corleone's once. It has a really pretty bar area (there was no room for a bar in the previous restaurant), and a huge selection of wines. But the menu is so totally different that it's unrecognizable. The items we ordered, a chicken dish and ravioli, were just adequate not the standouts that I was used to.
The service was adequate and the restaurant was clean but I really miss the charm and the food from the old restaurant.
On the plus side, the bar seemed to attract some pretty hip, attractive people and so would be a great place to hang out.

My familys experience began by being seated 15 minutes late past our reservation time. Our table was near the front door which included cold air, a lot of server traffic, the hostess stand, and other people waiting to be seated too close for comfort. They were not very caring that we had a one and three year old with us and it could be dangerous with so much happening around our table. The server was less than enthusiastic. our meals came and they looked great. I ordered chicken parmigian. It was good until my second piece which was difficult to cut with a fork. curious I looked at it and it was over 50% pure raw chicken. I immediately told the server and she rushed it off to the back with out delay. I should have kept it as evidence. To their good fortune I had no chance. I was disgusted and so was my wife we didnt want anything else to do with corleone's. Mistakes are made but this put us over the top. They offered something else but we wanted to just leave. they were only willing to take off the chicken and not the lasagna my wife had just started. I was willing to pay for the drinks. In the end I paid for our two drinks, lasagna, and a receipt they wrote down that my chicken was as they say it "undercooked". The robot like floor supervisor didnt seem to care and the owner who was there couldnt find his way over to offer an apology. They did not take this serious and I would never bring my kids with me if I ever went back. Which is unfortunate because with the decor, my food properly cooked, and a polite and caring staff, it could have been great.

Located at the corner of a strip mall on Broadview Road in Parma, Corleone's is perfectly situated to be a prime spot for lunch and dinner. It owes its popularity to more than just real estate, however; in addition to a full bar, the restaurant's extensive wine list is recognized by Wine Spectator. The food is respectable, too: Virgin olive oil flavored with shredded Parmesan and fresh parsley accompanies warm, crusty bread, and the veal Parmigiana here ranks among the city's best (and is value-priced). If you want to try something different, go for the vitello Fratello; even though Mike Fratello is now coaching in Memphis, his namesake breaded veal, prepared with layers of prosciutto, eggplant, sliced tomatoes and provolone, is still winning Clevelanders over. Among dessert favorites are the Baileys Irish Cream cheesecake, tiramisu and cannoli. Service is attentive and efficient; entrees are rushed to the table with pasta al dente and steaming hot.
