Great Cozy and Food Delicious!
Checked this place out for the first time after driving past it daily. Went on a Sat. night around 6 it was busy but were seated right away, by the door, in the winter, but the hostess assured us we wouldnt be cold..we did see the wood burning fireplace next to us, and she was right, I wasnt at all cold when the door opened. My husband ordered the beer sampler $7 and I the Reisling $5, both very good..not a beer drinker but he liked it, very large sampler. We both ordered the Cornerstone he the burger and I the chicken with fries, $9. Fries were to DIE for, so delicious! Chicken was juicy and mushrooms and swiss and onions flavored so well on a buttery Kaier bun. We both enjoyed dinner it was delicious. Service was a little slow but not annoying. It was busy come 7 where people were running into the table so it got a bit annoying but we were in the front of the house next to the bar. All in all, great cozy local place, great tasting reasonable priced food! Will def. go back!!!

Best Brews in Berea ! !
The Cornerstone has to be one of the shining stars of the local brew pubs. The beer is great, the staff is friendly, the food top notch. The beer offerings change on a regular basis. If you want to have a great meal and beer at a great price give The Cornerstone a try. Don't overlook the quesadilla, it's the best, made with fresh tomato, lettuce, and onion. Great happy hour food specials.

This cheerful microbrewery where (almost) everybody knows your name focuses on food that complements the dozen-plus brews, ranging from stout to pale ale. Weekday happy hours with half-price snacky appetizers (nachos, stuffed pretzels), occasional live music and special events pack this cozy joint with a cross section of town and gown. Try the burger variations featuring smoky stout-glazed mushrooms, onions and creamy havarti cheese, or tangy beer-b-que sauce, bacon and cheddar. The coconut-crusted grouper and the Bavarian pretzel chicken (basted in Dijon and rolled in pretzels) served country-style are substantial and comforting meals at reasonable prices. Pizzas (especially the red pepper and fresh spinach), lunch specials and hearty soups make this a great place to enjoy a casual meal and watch what's happening in the heart of small-town Berea.
