read the fine print

If you are a group of 6 you will pay 18% on your bill. Our group ordered on two bills and not till the end were we told each group would pay 18% tip on our bills. We complained about not being told and guess what we were told to read the fine print. And when an appitizer is ordered you must declair it an appitizer or it comes out with your meal. This happened to us three times, we were given three different excusses on what went wrong. Hell applebees charges 15% on a party of 8 and they tell you this us front. This is a bar not a five star resturant. So to sum it up we were not happy the sloppy explinaton of the untrained staff.

DO THEY READ THESE REVIEWS ABOUT THEIR SERVICE?

I've been told the story about the raw pizza time and time again. Now, I know from experiece that their bartendars are rude and it's true to say that they give men better service than they do the women..... That's really sad. NOT ALL MEN TIP WELL.. BELIEVE ME I NOW... I USE TO DATE ONE!!! So, ladies don't be to quick to judge the lady you are serving.

Wings are awesome!!

I love this place. The Mild Cajun wings are to die for. I used to live in Brooklyn and ate there all the time. I now live in Vermilion and drive at least 45 minutes to pick up Mild Cajun wings to take home.

Never too far to drive

As a transplanted brooklynite, Dinas was not around when I lived in Brooklyn and only 5 minutes away. Moved out to the country and now the wife and I will make the 45 minute drive to go for their pizza. Its the best we have had, and the food is well worth the drive. Mild wings are great as well, but when I make that drive it is only for one thing. Medium double cheese, with pepperoni and sausage! And its the real sausage, not that imitation stuff.

Has Potential

Unfortunately the service is very rude (even when calling for take out) , it's as if you are a bother by ordering. The food is mediocre at best. Most of the servers look trashy and its so loud! By the way I'm not old!

Great Pizza

I love their pizza. I usually order delivery and it is always hot and delicious. Service is great also. One complaint is I don't like their wings. I have tried them mild, BBQ and plain. They are on the small side, thats okay, but they are also sweet. My husband and I thought that we ordered sweet/sour by mistake, but they come that way, so we ordered them plain, and they are very dry. Other than the wings, I hightly recommend Dina's. Oh their cheese cake is to die for!

Go there every week, again and again.

We go there every week after our games at Brookside Park and have great service, good food. Remember, you are not at Johnny's or Friday's for that matter, you are at a bar, with bar food. Love the wings, sweet potato fries and beer is beer as long as it is cold ...it is (All reasonably priced). What I dont like, not a great place to watch the games, but improved. They need a few more TVs and in better locations. We are lucky since we go each week we typically get the same table, but not ideal for a larger group...the first year or two we would have to split-up because there were too many people and not enough space for 8-10 of us at one table. All and all, i like the place, food, people and when they do something wrong, they always take care of it.

Dont go and waste your money, because if your not satisfied, they wont return your money anyway, so save your money. Ceasars make a better pizza the these clowns

Not Satisfied, poor cust. service

Ordered a pizza for pickup in March. When I got back to the house, the pizza was pretty much raw. So I called back to request a refund. The "MOD", informed me they do not issue refunds, only credit. Why would I want to return and eat at this place if they serve pizza this way? She offered to replace the pizza, but I didn't want to get burnt again. Just thought a refund of 11 bucks would be fine but apparently they need it more than I do.

LOVE DINAS!

I'm in Dina's at least once a week. Servers are AWESOME, food is GREAT and the place is extremely clean. Most of the bartenders are cool, with the exception of a couple washed-out & rude ones. Mild wings are def. the best flavor! Overall, great people and great food at a reasonable price. Keep up the good work.

strip bar food

the atmosphere and food was once top notch. hot barmaids and cheap drafts during the game made this place a must stop during the early part of this decade, but lately bad management ,customer service, lack of security has this place waning.go down the street and try the memphis tavern or fat guys for a better experience.

No Longer Customer Service Friendly - But Good Enough

The food use to be much better than it is now; it depends on who is cooking, but I'm still willing to go there because the customers are friendly. Unfortunately, the customers are more friendly than the bartenders. They are a little on the rude side and serve men before women.

3 times a week

The 911 wings make your eyeballs sweat. (The Garlic Parmesean ones ain't bad, either). I guess we love the pizza - eat there 3 times a week. Try one with pepperoni, sausage, jalapenos and bananna peppers. Service is always outstanding. Fun 'car' theme inside with big booths ... nice patio out front too.

Best Pizza in Cleveland

Dina's Pizza can't be beat. I ordered a small (6-cut) pepperoni and mushroom pizza for lunch and the sever said, "make it a medium, that's our special today, it's the same price." I took her advice and, boy, am I glad I did. The pizza was less than $8. It was loaded, and I mean LOADED with cheese and toppings. The crust was crispy on the bottom and soft on the top and you can tell that Dina's claim that the dough is made fresh is true. Yum. I have dined at Dina's many times over the years and have ALWAYS had top-notch service, and top-notch food at reasonable prices. I also am convinced they have the best pizza in Cleveland.

Calzone Heaven

I recently took 3 clients to lunch at Dina's and had not been there before. At some point many years ago it was a Pure Oil gas station. The service was terrific and the atmosphere friendly. I chose the BLT calzone (which was recommended by our waitress) and it was just delicious. The others had tacos, a house wrap and chicken parmesian sandwich and they were very good also. The food is moderately priced and the value is excellent. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone and plan to come back real soon.
