No way to make CLOSED catchy
As of July 2012, the Rocky River location is CLOSED. Went there for a regular visit on July 4th and found it cleared out, empty. Outta here!
You'll now have to use the Lakewood location to get your Einstein fix. I did go to Lakewood right afterward. Bagels are fabulous!

Love this place! Great food and service!
Einstein's in Rocky River is superb in every respect. I've been going there for years, and their bagels and coffee are very tasty. They are much softer than a traditional, firm 'NY style' bagel, but scrumptious nonetheless. I particularly love their asiago, spinach florentine, onion, and 6 cheese bagels. Their california wraps are awesome too. Vince, the manager, is a great guy to deal with. And the employees very friendly and competent. Parking is ample too. My only negative, if I had to list just one, is that at times seating is hard to come by. Especially on a busy weekend. I also noticed that there are a bunch of grumpy old guys that usually 'hijack' the large table in the corner, almost on a daily basis. I once sat down next to them with my wife and mother in law, and they made a rude, racist comment to me about my Obama shirt. But you learn to ignore and 'tune out' people like this, and not let them ruin your dining experience.

WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT
I-with others-was a usual here up until this spring. The service has gradually gone way down, the portions sizes have been reduced, the prices have been jacked up and all the good people have left! I wonder why? You used to be met with a warm, sincere smile and welcome now you're ushered through like cattle in line waiting for your head to be chopped off at the end! The bagels are good but they're like half the size they used to be and those of Brueggers--for more money. Think about it...$1.50 for a tablespoon of cream cheese!?!
It used to be that you always saw the Manager cleaning or doing something...since he left this place is left filthy until the end of the day.
