The service and food was AWESOME !!!!
Gentleman and customer service
I enter your restaurant in Parma on Day Drive for the first time Sat afternoon the 20 aug and was awesomely impressed not only with the decor ,furnishing , the motif and general atmosphere was mind blowing!!!!!!
I was greeted by the hostess she was great, very pleasant.
But the little waitress that waited on me……. WOW
totally a great employee !!! An asset to your company she was very polite and really courteous as I was not dressed in a suit just a tee shirt and work pants
but no matter she was very polite and knowledgeable to me about
the menu and took my order while I waited for my blonde friend to arrive.
I do not know her name as she and the others did not have name tags and I think they should have but I think her name was Christy.
Please check for me so she will get the proper credit.
I ordered a bacon burger fries and diet coke and my friend had nothing she was on a diet.
I also have to watch my sugar but I just lost 20 lbs so I wanted to celebrate.
And I am glad I did it at your restaurant.
A TOTALLY ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE!!!
I know people usually only email or call with complaints but this is different.
And I just had to write about it.
And there were others there that worked as a well oiled machine.
One had long red hair and the other I saw was a Chinese girl all we very professional but my Christy just stood out and made me feel very relax and gave me great service and even checked back with us and took the check up for me
I JUST HAVE TO SAY IT AGAIN YOU NEED MORE EMPLOYEES LIKE HER .
And your set up is great !!!!!!! Very clean and everything neatly arranged !!!
Lots of room in the boots where I was located but every where in the bar area and tables
and gaming areas wow great !!!!!!The food was great large enough helpings and cooked just as I ordered it. GREAT FOOD !!!!
