Consistantly....SLOW!
Although the food at this restaurant has been has been fairly good over the years, the service is becoming some of the worst I've ever experienced. If you choose to eat in the wine bar, expect excruciatingly long waits for everything from initial drink orders to the dinner itself. After four visits, with consistantly slow service, I won't be eating there again. The sports bar seems to be somewhat better, and the main dining room has improved with new management. Let's see if it carries over to the rest of the restaurant.

The Galaxy Restaurant claims to be ""northeast Ohio's most unique restaurant and banquet facility,"" and it just might be true: Where else can diners nosh a roasted portabella salad (topped with bleu cheese and a balsamic vinaigrette), tempura shrimp (served with sweet chili-caramel sauce) and pan-roasted sea bass (accompanied by capers, tomatoes and basil beurre blanc) under a sky-painted domed ceiling? Furthermore, where else can they do this before heading over to an adjacent sports bar outfitted with over a dozen televisions? At times, it seems the entire Wadsworth populace is packed into the rooms of the Galaxy, but no matter what aspect of the experience they're coming for, they always leave happy.
