Skip it if you can
Sorry but this is terrible. The food is not adequate for the cost. They could have done better. I ordered chicken quesadillas and got pineapple cooked in with them. I was not expecting a fruity quesadilla and all i wanted was chicken and cheese...gross. The staff is not friendly and they are cold in some aspects.

Hard Rock gets Hard Knock
I must say that I have only been to the Hard Rock in Cleveland a couple of times, and it was always OK but now it has really outdone itself with terrible service and an awlful job of hosting an event.
We decided to go to Hard Rock on friday to catch the Xtreme Music Show that was showcased at HRC Wed-Sun. The promotion stated that live music would be played from 6:00PM-1:30AM on these nights. All acts were to play 2 ORIGINAL SONGS, they had 2 stages, inside and outside. It sounded like a great time! WOW was I WRONG! There was a $10 dollar cover, no isse with that but I did have an issue with the girl who was on her cellphone the whole time taking the money. I wanted to ask some questions about the event and she didn't even try to get off the cell phone, maybe she was gearing up for another season of the OC with her friends. So we went into the restaurant and were told there were 2 menus. One by the stage and one for the regular restaurant. Well we decided to eat downstairs since there was no band playing and had heard that 10 had cancelled this evening so I guess HRC was scamblig to fill time. We were told it was a 35 minute wait and then after 5 minutes we got a table, dinner was OK, Grilled ahi tuna sandwich was dry and our server to care of my girlfriend but I might have died of thirst because she ignored me. She got more of a tip than she deserved.
Finally, we go upstairs and a group called Electramode played and were great!!! Sounded a little like Alice in Chains, Soudgarden, and Bad Co. But in listening to them we could not sit anywhere near the stage. There were no booths or areas to enjoy the live performance. I felt bad for the performers because the attendence was so dismal. I found out later that they had to pay $150 to PLAY. Guys, get your money back! THE BANDS WERE ROBBED! This could be so a great event to experience for both bands and the public and HRC dropped the ball hard on this. I sure hope Extreme Music can find another venue because I would love to attend event again, just not at Hard Rock!! On a positve note, Electramode gained 2 new fans!! Go Chris & Frank! you guys rock, Hope to see you play in Cleveland again soon!!
