SURPRISE - SURPRISE August 21, 2007 Food Service Atmosphere Cleanliness Overall        After not visiting Harpo's in Strongsville for two years, I reluctantly went for dinner and drinks with friends last week. What a pleasant surprise! It is obvious someone has taken a distinctive interest in this place. Wings were the best I have had in a long time. Service was great - bartender and server both friendly and efficient. The place was clean and the bartender told me the owner has been updating and to expect a new draft system soon! Stay away from John November 15, 2006 Food Service Atmosphere Cleanliness Overall        The wings are great but the mens room is in need of repair for five years now.Is it too much to ask for warm water, soap and towels to clean your hands before and after eating wings? Needs Renovation April 17, 2006 Food Service Atmosphere Cleanliness Overall        Harpo's Has been in the same location in Strongsville for about 12 years. The floors are a mess, all of the chairs and tables are broken, the carpet is torn up underneath the seats, and the prices are too expensive for the amount of food you get. It is .50 for each topping on a burger or chicken sandwich. Thats $12 for a 6 cheeseburger when it used to be $7. The service is decent, but not the best. The restaurant is dated. The TV's are black and white and need replacing. The owners have given up on this restaurant to pursue the needs of the Harpo;s Brookgate. The owners havent shown their faces in 10 years and are letting it turn into a piece of dung. No wonder their business has dropped drastically. Everyting sucks. the bathrooms have broken doors, broken urinals, and they flood every night. I would definately recommend not going here because it is downright nasty.
