Harpo's and Blue Moose are Cleveland's Cancer May 12, 2006 Food Service Atmosphere Cleanliness Overall        Hosted a lovely Steeler party when the Browns returned in 1999. I avoid it like the plague. Food is marginal at best, service is well below average. They make it seem like they are doing you the favor. The owner is a jerk. I know a lot of people who don't go back there and I live a mile from there. I would rather die of cotton-mouth. Which you would get with one of those dry burgers. the place to see anything May 08, 2006 Food Service Atmosphere Cleanliness Overall        I've been here a handful of times. If you're looking to watch a sporting event, this is a great place to do it at. The have 200+ TV's throughout the bar and there's not a seat in the house where you can't see at least three. The food is above average, especially the wings. The service isn't terrific, but it isn't terrible either. Prices are moderate. Review By: PJ From cleveland
