What a awful first experience I had. Ordered the bourbon burger-cooked medium (~$8.00). First time it came out RAW...not rare...RAW. Pointed out the fact the cook neglected to put the burger on the grill to the bartender who brought it back. It came out the second time without the lettuce, tomato, or onions it had originally. It was now what I'd consider medium rare. Second bite I took, I noticed a hair. Pulled it out in front of the waitress and it was 6 -8 inches long! As I am just short of bald, it obviously wasn't mine.
Waitress was apologetic, but largely disconcerned. Expected a manager or supervisor at this point, but they never came.
In summation.. YUCK! I am on business monthly to Cleveland, and now have an entire local chain off my list of dining options. I suggest you do the same.
