I have dinner here frequently and I appreciate the quality of the food and DRINKS (excellent bartender) and the service. After I had been in several times the waitress (Julie)greeted me by name and remembered what I like to drink - I was very pleasantly surprised. Food is great, a little high priced but worth it. Large portions. Steak was PERFECT - and they have an apple pie dessert that is to die for. Try it. It is HEAVEN. I really like this place - I will keep coming back.

I don't know what these other people are WHINING about, maybe they did not get their asses kissed on the way in our out.... The food is great. The service is what you would expect. The prices are reasonable. The place is SPOTLESS! Management is responsive to the very few problems I've experienced, and I'll definatly be back for more....

Shortly after my wife and I moved to Westlake, we decided to give this place a chance, since we had seen it constantly. We entered, and were seated, and we sat there for over five minutes before we were even noticed! The food and the prices were average. The ambiance was "Gloomy". A good place to go after a funeral (if you even get service).

"Westlake" decided to give this place another chance, after our bad experiences in the past; particulary last February, with extremely poor service Bartenders. What a pleasant surprise... they finally hired a good one! Scott, is his name, and he was great! Very friendly, didn't ignore you, and he actually wanted to serve you. If Scott is around again, we will definitely be back for this gentlman's great and kind service to us.

It's getting to be that time of year once again, and time for the Patio atmosphere, which is great at Houlihan's!! However, beware, for I'm not sure if veryone knows this or not, but ever since the new management took over a year or so ago, they do not charge 'Happy Hour' prices for your drinks when you are frequenting the Patio! Boo Hiss... not a good move in my book!
