The atmosphere is very cheap and rundown, servers spoke almost no English, were very brash and not pleasant. Drinks came late or not at all and we had to hunt people down for refills.
Prices were way out of line- I ordered General Tso's chicken and made it a "dinner" which included: Soup (ity bitty bowl), eggroll (freezing cold - as if it came out of the refrigerator), fried rice, 1 nearly meatless rib, and an unidentified fried thing. The price for this was $13.45.
Myself and three of my dining companions tried my General Tso's chicken and had to spit out some sort of gristle. When I told the manager I was unhappy (no one came back to the table to inquire about our satisfaction) about the meal and would like it taken off the bill, she refused stating that she had served it to other people that night and they didn't complain.
We had about a 10 minute discussion regarding the concept of customer service at the end of which, she and her husband (the managers and proprietors of the organization) REFUSED to give me my money back or compensate me.
If you are looking for good chinese food in Mayfield/Beachwood- go down the street to Otani or PF Changs.
