Huntington's at the Holiday Inn is comfortable with good value: Despite minor menu changes, the appetizers and entrees are the same now as they were years ago (ditto for the burgundy, tan and jade decor). The restaurant is known for its slow-roasted prime rib specials; the 12-ounce version (there's also a 16-ounce available) is succulent and substantial, especially when paired with a salad and a baked potato. Dessert lovers must try the unusual fried cheesecake: A cheesecake-filled tortilla is deep-fried and sprinkled with cinnamon, then served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
