Save your money! September 30, 2007 Food Service Atmosphere Cleanliness Overall        We went to Hyde Park for my engagement party. The food and the service left a lot to be desired. My finacee's steak was cold, my daughter's steak was rare, rather than medium, and we had to wait 20 mintes just to get our first drinks (which were soft drinks!!!) We were there for HOURS. Superb Dining Experience May 06, 2005 Food Service Atmosphere Cleanliness Overall        I was born on the other side of the track and had the opportunity to dine at your establishment last night. Michael and Jessica took care of our entire party and I just want to say that Michael is a true asset to your staff. He took such good care of us and really seemed to enjoy what he does. South Star Funding took us there on May 5, 2005 and it was a very memorable experience. The food was fabulous and the service put the icing on the cake.
