Very good food, service is top notch. Have been there many times and will return in the future. i mostly have had the Filet and it is the best around. A little pricy but well worth it. All I can say is try it. I think you will be well pleased.

Here is the American classic. John Q's Steakhouse, just north of Tower City, offers the hearty cuisine and the cherrywood-and-brass elegance that have defined ""downtown dining"" for more than a century. The bar area is a stylish backdrop for savoring that pre-dinner dry Rob Roy (two olives, please) while catching an inning or two of the Tribe. Some folks like to slip into John Q's for a late Saturday afternoon treat - say, the creamy artichoke dip with pita chips, one of the most memorable appetizers ever prepared in a steakhouse. Which, of course, brings us to the very foundation of John Q's fame: the Black Angus-certified steaks and chops. Strip steaks, veal chops and filet mignon are all there, as is the slow-roasted prime rib (there are also sufficient and traditional choices for the seafood lover). And, should the Indians drop the game in late innings, perusing the sports memorabilia featured in John Q's may be just the salve.
