Racist
I have been to this restaurant a few times before. I recommended coming to this resaurant with two of my friends who happen to be African American. To make a long story short, I had to send the food back because the taste of the sandwich was not right. When I got the bill, they tried to still make me pay for the chips because I had opened them. When I tried to explain how I didn't think it was fair, they began to scream at me. They told me that I had to pay for it. I told them I got the chips to eat with the sandwich and the sandwich was nasty. She yelled to the owner, "You hear that, they didn't like the food. You make the food." Then, the proceeded to tell us that the customer was not always right. We told them that they needed better customer service and they said no, "We don't need customers like YOU!" Like I said before, I have been to the restaurant a few times and I feel that I was treated differently because I was with my two friends who were African American.

Need an Extra Hand!
You will need an extra hand to hold the corned beef or reuben sandwich. I highly recommend either. They are huge, and there's so much meat packed on you may have to ask for a doggie bag. Tasty, and good service. Nice little deli tucked away across from Cleveland State University, and I almost missed it. The corned beef came highly recommended and it was no exaggeration.
