Hire Again: Yes Job Cost: $2800. - Same as estimate Value: I got more than my money's worth Description of Work: Larry/Matt and their team started out re-inforcing my first level floor. Then they totally gutted my kitchen (which hadn't been worked on in over 50 years!) They added cabinets and counter space along with re-tiling my floor, adding electrical outlets where non-exested before, put in recess lighting fixtures and moved my gas and plumbing so that my kitchen was more ergonomic. They also fixed things that they saw had been fixed wrong around my house prior to them coming. Comments: Fantastic! They arrived when they said they would. They made suggestions that helped me out a great deal as well as saving me money! The team was professional and cleaned up before they left the premises. Any questions that I had were answered. They started and finished when they said they would. All concerns that I had after the job was finished was addressed. Why did you choose this service provider? Promptness and reliability What where the payment terms when dealing with this service provider: 1/3 at start, 1/3 at mid-finish and balance upon completion What suprises came up during the course of the project? My plumbing and electrical was VERY outdated. Words of advice you would give others about this service provider: Use them! I have recommended them to all of my friends and family. Words of advice you would give to this service provider: Keep doing what you're doing! It works for me.

Larry and his team primed and painted everything before they put it up on the house. Also, Larry and his team installed trim work on my 1903 victorian's 3rd floor dormer windows. He installed the same trim work to all 6 of the dormers. Comments: Work went very well without any problems. One of the things that I liked about larry and his team was he was very patient and on the first dormer's trim work that he and his team worked on. He spent a lot of extra time getting it to look 'just right' and seeking my feedback before they copied the same pattern to the other 5 dormers. So I really liked the fact that he didn't rush me to just get the job done and was genuinely concerned about the look of the project. For that, he gets extra kudos. Why did you choose this service provider? recommend by my general contractor and very reasonable in price Have you used this company before? No What did you like most about this service provider? excellent quality at a super very low price. What where the payment terms when dealing with this service provider: Paid in thirds (by cash) with the first third being paid after 1/3 of the work was done.
