Description of Work:
I brought a BMW I was thinking about buying into them to have them look over it and tell me if there was any problems with it, and if they thought I was getting a good deal on the car.
Comments:
I did the lesser costing of the two packages they offer for used car inspection and I was extremely impressed with what they told me about the car. The service manager use to own an auto body shop and easily spotted where the car I was considering buying was in an accident. But knowing that, he told me the accident was no big deal and no frame damage was done so the car was very safe and I shouldn't worry about it. He also was able to tell the previous owner took good care of the car and that there were no major problems other then normal wear and tear (ie, the brake pads & rotors needed replacing and the front axel was leaking grease). He wrote all this up on the receipt which gave me great negotiating leverage when I went back to the car salesman. George (the manager) even walked me under the car and showed me the few problems and good areas of the car which really boosted my confidence in my decision to buy the car.
