In the end it took very little effort to make my decision on which property manager to entrust my investment property with. So far I have not been disappointed in Chateau Management's property management services. My client area is my favorite part! It allows me to check on the current status of my property from ANY Internet connection 24/7 365 days a year! Great Job! Great Service! Great Company! Thanks Chateau Management! Comments: Matt managed my property until I sold it. Once I hired him I didn't have to do a single thing. He handled everything from the tenants to the city inspection! He also helped me a great deal in figuring out how to pay my property taxes, which saved me the late fee penalty! Why did you choose this service provider?
